Even though the BWM iX was only recently released, another version will be coming out soon. The BMW iX M60 is more powerful, faster, and has a few additional surprises up its sleeve.

Power

While the 2022 BMW iX has two electric motors that combine to generate 516 horsepower and 564 lb-ft of torque, the 2023 BMW iX M60 takes those numbers up several notches. It pumps out 619 horsepower, along with 749 lb-ft of torque.

Acceleration and Top Speed

If you need to be somewhere fast, the BMW iX M60 won’t have any problem getting you up to speed quickly. Thanks to its launch control system, it can get you from 0 to 60 mph in a mere 3.8 seconds. Plus, (whether you can take advantage of this or not), it has a top speed of 155 mph.

Driving Range and Charging Time

While exact numbers haven’t been released yet, it’s expected that the BMW iX M60 will top 300 miles of driving range. And with DC fast charging, you’ll be able to get the battery from 10 percent all the way up to 80 percent in less than 40 minutes.

Interior

One of the first things you’ll probably notice when you slip inside the BMW iX M60 is the steering wheel. Instead of the traditional round shape, it’s hexagonal. You’ll also get heated and ventilated seats, and several tech features, including wireless device charging, satellite radio, and navigation.
