Next week, BMW fans attending the North American International Auto Show will be in for a treat. At the BMW stand, the 2018 BMW X2 will be making its first appearance to the world. The world debut comes almost exactly a year after the BMW X2 Concept vehicle appeared at the 2017 North American International Auto Show, and will one of many exciting BMW cars on display at the show. There will be another world debut, this one for the 2019 BMW i8 Coupe, as well as a BMW X7 iPerformance Concept vehicle.
The 2018 BMW X2 will certainly be one of the stars of the show though. This brand new model brings in elements of a coupe, like the low-slung look and exterior design that suggests speed, adding them to the capabilities and power of the other BMW X Series models. With an innovative 2.0-liter BMW TwinPower turbo engine and an eight-speed transmission to give drivers control, the 2018 BMW X2 will be an exciting drive experience. In fact, this Sports Activity Coupe can go from 0 to 60 miles per hour in only 6.3 seconds, and produce up to 228 horsepower. The power and design are just the start though - and as the spring launch of the model gets closer, you'll hear more from us about the 2018 BMW X2.
