This year, only 32 dealerships were named Centers of Excellence, and it's a great honor to be among them. Center of Excellence winners are determined on the basis of 11 Key Performance Indicators. These indicators include sales data, aftersales, and customer orientation - all crucial factors in making sure customers have a great experience. Ultimately, it is the customer experience and the creation of customer loyalty that are the best indicators of dealership quality, and as President and CEO of BMW of North America Ludwig Willisch said, the Center of Excellence winners "have proven they know how to delight their customers and keep them coming back."
